2020-2370, Theft: On 08-28-20 at 1742 hours, deputies responded to the 1200 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing

2020-2372, DWLS: On 08-28-20 at 2006 hours, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Boulder Hill Pass and Hillstone in Oswego Township for failure to signal when required. Terray M. Faultz, a 31 year old male from the 0-99 block of Rocky Way in Oswego Township, was cited for DWLS and failure to signal when required. Faultz was issued a recognizance bond and released. 

2020-2373, Theft of Motor Vehicle: On 08-28-20 at 2050 hours, deputies responded to the 1100 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a theft of motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing

2020-2375, Domestic Battery: On 08-29-20 at 0320 hours, deputies responded to a report of domestic battery in the 0-99 block of Amesbury Road in Oswego Township. After investigation, Richard A. Steele a 40 year old male from the 0-99 block of Amesbury Road in Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Steele was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2020-2376, Domestic Battery/ Criminal Damage to Property: On 08/29/2020 at approximately @ 0742hrs deputies responded to the 8000 Block of Van Emmon Road, Yorkville to for a report of domestic violence. After the investigation, Michael J. Jungles, a 48yr old male from the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road was charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property. He was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2020-2377, Warrant Arrest: On 08/29/2020 at approximately 0742hrs Michael J. Jungles, a 48yr old male from the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, Yorkville was served an outstanding Kendall County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court/battery. He was transported to and booked into the Kendall County Jail.   

2020-2378, Burglary to Vehicle: On 08-29-2020 at 1112hrs deputies responded to the 2500 block of Light Rd. Oswego Township for a burglary to vehicle that had occurred during the night time hours. The investigation is on-going.

2020-2379, Driving While License Suspended: On 08/29/20 at 1331hrs, deputies conducted a traffic stop on US Route 52 west of Brisbin Rd in Lisbon township for speeding. Mario M. Mendoza, a 27 year old male from the 500 block of Oneida Street, in Joliet was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was also cited for speeding, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was released on a recognizance bond and given a court date.

2020-2381, No Valid Driver’s License: On 08/29/20 at 1902 hours, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Walker Rd near Lisbon Rd in Fox Township for speeding. Bria J. Sellers, a 26 year old female from the 23,000 block of Union Street Plainfield, was cited and summoned for driving without a valid driver’s license.
