2020-3618, ID Theft.  On 12/26/2020 at 1148 hours the Kendall County Sheriff's Office responded to the 0 - 100 address of Center Dr, Unincorporated Bristol Township for a report of Identity Theft by way of an IDES unemployment fraud

2020-3620, ID Theft.  On 12/26/2020 at 1435 hours the Kendall County Sheriff's Office responded to the 0 - 100 block of Saugatuck Rd, Unincorporated Oswego Township for a report of Identity Theft by way of  IDES unemployment fraud

2020-3619, Criminal Damage to Property:  On 12/25/2020 at around 1900 hours damage was done to a vehicle in the 9000 block of RT34.  The investigation is ongoing. 

2020-3621 Domestic Battery: On 12-26-20 at 1802 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of South St. in Bristol Township for a report of domestic battery. There were no injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

2020-3622, Driving While License Suspended: On 12-26-20 at 1902 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Saugatuck Rd and Sierra Rd, Oswego Township for failure to dim high beams. Samantha Johnson, a 28-year-old female from the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East, Oswego Township was cited for driving while license suspended. Johnson was released on her own recognizance. 

2020-3625, DUI/Obstructing Identification: On 12-27-20 at 0139 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near Orchard Road in Oswego Township for improper lane use. Homero Morales JR, a 21-year-old male from the 500 block of Parker Ave in Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence and obstructing identification. Morales was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2020-3626, In-State Warrant:  On 12-27-20 at 0139 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near Orchard Road in Oswego Township for improper lane use. A passenger in the vehicle, identified as Carlos Perez-Salinas, a 22-year-old male from the 900 Block of Douglas Ave. in Aurora was arrested on an original warrant for Domestic Battery issued by the Aurora Police Department.

2020-3627/2020-3628, In-State Warrant/Obstructing Identification: On 12-27-20 at 0139 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near Orchard Road in Oswego Township for improper lane use.  A passenger in the vehicle, identified as Lidia Ballines, a 21-year-old female from the 300 block of Bertram Dr., Yorkville was arrested on a warrant out of Kendall County for Obstructing Identification, and a second warrant out of Lisle for Obstructing Identification.  She was also charged with Obstructing Identification for providing arresting deputies with a false name. 

2020-3632, In State Warrant: On 12-27-20 at 0353 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies were assisting the fire department with a report of a structure fire in the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road in Oswego Township. Contact was made with James Dwight, a 51-year-old male from the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, Yorkville who was wanted on a failure to appear Dekalb County warrant for the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol with a bond amount of $5,000/10% with $75 fee to apply.  Dwight was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing without incident.
