2021-2625, Disorderly Conduct: On 09/20/21 at 12:41 p.m.., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Oak Creek Drive for a report of disorderly conduct. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-2628, Burglary:  On 09/20/21 at 1:24 p.m., deputies responded to the 2000 block of Roth Road in Oswego Township for a report of a burglary. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-2630, Domestic Battery: On 09/20/21at 6:00 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 11000 block of River Rd. in Bristol Township.  This incident is under investigation.

2021-2631, Domestic Battery: On 09/20/21 at 6:29p.m., deputies responded to the 1000 block of US Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery.  This investigation is on-going.

2021-2632, Warrant Arrest: On 09/20/21 at 6:29p.m., deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery.  During this investigation, contact was made with Michael S. Kovic, a 54-year-old male of the 1000 block of US Route 30 in Aurora.  Kovic was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest as follows: Kane County for failure to appear Theft, Kane County for Possession of Burglary Tools, Kane County for Theft, DuPage County for Theft, Aurora PD for Theft Exert Unauthorized Control, and Aurora PD for Theft.  He was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

            The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
