2022-2159, Animal Cruelty: On 070222 at 3:30pm, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 12000 block of River Road, Little Rock Township, for a report of possible animal cruelty. The incident is under investigation.

2022-2160, Reckless Discharge: On 070222 at 4:25pm, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the area of Schaefer Road and W. Mitchell Road for a report of the reckless discharge of a firearm. There were no injuries or property damage reported and the incident is under investigation. 

2022-2162, Theft: On 07/02/22 at 9:51 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2022-2163, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 07/02/22 at 10:54 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries on Eldamain Road and Galena Road. Liyah M. Roscoe-Rodriguez, a 27-year-old female from the 3000 block of Veronica Street in Plano, was transported to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora by Bristol/Kendall EMS for non-life threatening injuries.

2022-2164, DUI: On 07/03/22 at 12:46 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on N Bridge Street near Walnut Street in Yorkville for improper lane usage. Andrew T. Badalamenti, a 23-year-old male from the 1800 block of Candlelight Circle in Montgomery, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of cannabis outside an approved container. Badalamenti was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
