2023-0445, Violation of an Order of Protection: On 02/09/23 at 7:56 pm, deputies responded to the 600 block of Norway St. in Big Grove Township for a report of a violation of an order of protection. The investigation is ongoing.
2023-0448, Harassment Through Electronic Communications: On 02/09/23 at 11:57 pm, deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Crescent Court in Oswego Township for a report of harassment through electronic communications. The investigation is ongoing.
2023-0452, Warrant Service: On 02/10/23 at 9:36 am, deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Seton Creek Drive in Oswego Township to attempt service on an arrest warrant. Contact was made with Jose Guerra, a 24-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Seton Creek Drive in Oswego. Guerra was taken into custody on a Will County arrest warrant for failure to appear driving while license suspended. Guerra was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2023-0459, Residential Burglary: On 02/10/23 at 1:29 pm, deputies responded to the 7000 block of Madeline Drive in Bristol Township for a report of a residential burglary. The incident is under investigation.
2023-0462, Speeding 35+ mph over the limit: On 02/10/23 at 7:15 pm, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Newark Rd. near Lisbon Rd., in Big Grove Township for speeding. The driver of the vehicle, Ronald J. Vandermeir Jr., a 40-year-old male from the 4000 block of E 2551st Rd. in Sheridan, was cited for speeding 97 mph in a 55 mph zone and released with a notice to appear.
2023-0463, Violation of Order of Protection: On 02/10/23 at 5:40 pm, deputies responded to the 600 block of Norway St. in Big Grove Township for a report of violation of order of protection. The investigation is ongoing.
2023-0464, Speeding 26-34 mph over the limit: On 02/10/23 at 10:51 pm, deputies conducted a traffic stop on O’Brien Rd. near Sherrill Rd. in Seward Township for speeding. The driver of the vehicle, Henry Avalos, a 36-year-old male from the 200 block of E. North St. in Plano, was cited for speeding 89 mph in a 55 mph zone and released with a notice to appear.
2023-0465, Unlawful Use of Registration: On 02/10/23 at 11:51 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near Circle Drive East and Greenbriar Rd in Oswego Township. Frankie T Higgins a 38-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Whitney Way in Oswego Township was cited and released for unlawful use of registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.
2023-0466, Driving While License Suspended: On 02/11/23 at 12:06 am, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Light Road near Route 31 in Oswego Township for failure to yield right of way. The driver of the vehicle, Kyle Thomas, a 26-year-old male from the 1500 block of Light Road in Oswego, was cited for driving while license suspended and released with a notice to appear.
2023-0468, In-State Warrant: On 02/11/23 at 12:57 am, deputies responded to the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township reference a suspicious circumstance. Contact was made with Arica Dale, a 32-year-old female from the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego, who was wanted on a Kendall County original no bond warrant for domestic battery, a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for criminal damage to property (bond $2000/10%), and a Kane County failure to appear warrant for obstructing identification (bond $2000/10%). Dale was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2023-0469, On 02/11/23 at 1:17 am, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 34 near American Way in Bristol Township for an improper right turn. Adam M. Jimenez, a 30-year-old male from the 700 block of Duncan Drive in Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Jimenez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2023-0472, DUI: On 02/11/23 at 2:20 am, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Mill Road near Orchard Road in Bristol Township for speeding. Arturo Bueno, a 33-year-old male from the 300 block of Thomas Drive in West Chicago, was cited and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding 75 mph in a 45 mph zone. Bueno was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2023-0473, No Valid Driver's License: On 02/11/23 at 3:42 pm, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 30 and Griffen Drive in Bristol Township for a moving violation. Contact was made with a 17-year-old juvenile who was found to be driving without a valid driver's license. The juvenile was cited and released with a notice to appear.
