2023-2453, Driving while Revoked:  On 8/6/2023 at 11:08p.m., deputies stopped Terrence D Fisher, a 23-year-old man from the 500 Block of Bangs Street, Aurora, near Fernwood Road and Greenbriar Road, Oswego Township.  Fisher was found to have a revoked drivers license.  He was cited and released.

2023-2454, In State Warrant:  On 8/6/2023 at 11:08p.m., deputies made contact with Noah Salazar, a 21-year-old man from the 2000 Block of Frances Lane, Mongomery, near Fernwood Road and Greenbriar Road, Oswego Township.  Salazar was found to have an active warrant out of Kendall County, for failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge.  Bond was set at $3,000, with ten percent to apply.  Salazar was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 

2023-2455, Domestic Battery:  On 8/7/2023 at 2:55a.m., deputies responded to the 100 Block of Hillstone Road, Montgomery, for a report of a domestic battery.  Danny Herrera, a 31-year-old man from the same address, was arrested for domestic battery.  He was brought to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
