2024-0054, Crash with Injury: On 01/05/24 at 4:12 p.m., deputies responded to Route 126 near Ridge Road for a report of a crash with injuries. A 42-year-old female from Aurora, a 30-year-old male from Joliet, and a 19-year-old male from Joliet were transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

2024-0055, Driving While License Revoked: On 01/05/24 at 4:12 p.m., deputies responded to Route 126 near Ridge Road for a report of a crash with injuries. After investigation, Adrian Gomez-Servina, a 42-year-old female from the 600 block of North View Street in Aurora, was cited for driving with a revoked driver’s license. Gomez-Servina was issued a notice to appear.

2024-0056, Theft: On 01/05/24 at 5:56 p.m., deputies responded to the 2700 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-0058, No Valid Driver’s License: On 01/05/24 at 7:12 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 31 near River Run Boulevard in Oswego Township for a moving violation. Salomon Castillo, a 33-year-old male from the 500 block of LaSalle Street in Aurora, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license. Castillo was issued a notice to appear and released.

2024-0060, Speeding 35+ mph over the limit: On 01/05/2024 at 8:36 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 47 near Helmar Rd. for speeding 35+. The driver of the vehicle, Micha Parchmon, a 18-year-old female from the 700 block of Kentshire Dr, Yorkville was cited for speeding 35 or more mph over the limit and released with a notice to appear.

2024-0061, In-State Warrant: On 01/05/24 at 8:42 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a motorist assist in the area of Reservation Road and Minkler Road in Bristol Township. Contact was made with Christopher Willougby, a 29-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Hampton Road in Oswego Township, who was wanted on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant (no bond) for driving on a revoked driver’s license. Willougby was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-0062, Possession of Cannabis / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: On 01/05/24 at 8:42 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a motorist assist in the area of Reservation Road and Minkler Road in Bristol Township. Contact was made with Christopher Willougby, a 29-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Hampton Road in Oswego Township, who was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis inside a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Willougby was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-0063, Criminal Trespass to Residence: On 01/05/24 at 9:33 pm, deputies responded to the 100 block of Braeburn Rd in Oswego Township for a report of criminal trespass to a residence. The incident is under investigation.     

2024-0064 Driving while Suspended: On 1/6/24 at 1:34 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of River Road and Blackhawk Springs Road, Bristol Township. Vanessa N. Vasquez, a 29-year-old female from the 600 block of Hemmingsen Street, Plano was cited for driving with a suspended license. Vasquez was cited and issued a mandatory court date and released at the scene.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
