2024-1479, ID Theft: On 05/14/24 at 9:50 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Saugatuck Road in Oswego Township for a report of an identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.

 2024-1478, Cyberstalking: On 05/14/20 at 8:21 a.m., deputies responded to the 16000 block of Griswold Springs Road in Little Rock Township for a report of cyberstalking. The investigation is ongoing

2023-1484, Harassment by telephone: On 5/14/24 at 1:56 pm, deputies received a report of harassment by telephone that occurred in the 200 block of Dolores St. in Oswego Township. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-1488, Violation of Order of Protection:  On 5/14/24 at 6:12 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Rocky Way in Oswego Township for a report of a violation of an order of protection. The investigation is ongoing

2024-1489, Speeding: On 5/14/24 at 7:22 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 47 near Caton Farm Road in Kendall Township. After investigation, Christine M. Brosman, a Alexy Coral Diaz, a 47 year-old female from the 1400 block of Oakleaf Road, Woodstock, was cited for driving 35+ miles per hour over the posted speed limit. Brosman was released with a notice to appear.

2024-1492, DUI. On 05/14/24 at 11:54 P.M., Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Rt. 71 near Rt. 47 in Yorkville. After investigation, Javier Gregori Benigno, a 24 year old male from the 1600 block of Coolidge Ave in Aurora, was arrested for DUI as well as Possession of Ammunition without a FOID Card. Benigno was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-1494, In-State Warrant: On 05/15/24 at 4:56 a.m., deputies made contact with Kemaj K. Watson, a 20-year-old male from the 600 block of Six Pines Circle in Romeoville, at the public safety center, who was wanted on a Kendall County warrant for violation of order of protection as well as an Aurora warrant for violation of order of protection. Watson was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
