2024-1660, False Personation: On 05/31/24 at 10:49 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Willow Lane in Bristol Township for a report of false personation. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-1661, Criminal Damage to Property: On 05/31/24 at 11:10 a.m., deputies responded to the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road in Bristol Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-1663, Burglary: On 05/31/24 at 6:02 p.m., deputies responded to 16000 block of Lisbon Road in Big Grove Township for a report of a burglary. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-1665, Driving While License Suspended: On 05/30/24 at 09:08 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 34 near Farnsworth Avenue in Oswego Township. Kadeem M. Passley, a 25-year-old male from the 4000 block of Chesapeake Drive in Aurora, was cited for driving while license suspended and released with a notice to appear.

2024-1667, Aggravated DUI/Driving While License Revoked: On 06/01/24 at 1:15 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of Huestis Street in Yorkville for an equipment violation.  Michael L. Tews, a 47-year-old male from the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township, was arrested for aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while license revoked.  Tews was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-1668, Driving While License Revoked: On 06/01/24 at 3:57 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on W. Pleasantview Drive and Arbor Lane in Oswego Township for an equipment violation.  Michael S. Humpries, a 31-year-old male from the 700 block of N. Evanslawn Avenue in Aurora, was cited for driving while license revoked and released with a notice to appear. 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
