2024-2120, Violation of an Order of Protection: On 07/09/24 at 11:14 a.m., deputies responded to the 5000 block of Route 34 in Oswego Township for a report of a violation of an order of protection. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2121, Unauthorized Video Recording: On 07/09/24 at 11:58 a.m., deputies responded to the 14000 block of S. Hale Street in Little Rock Township for a report of unauthorized video recording.  The investigation is still ongoing.

2024-2122, Criminal Defacement of Property: On 07/09/24 at 1:14 p.m., deputies responded to the 13000 block of Grove Road in Seward Township for a report of a criminal defacement to property. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2124, Criminal Damage to Property: On 07/09/24 at 3:55 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Winrock Road in Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2125, Driving While License Suspended: On 07/09/24 at 6:27 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 34 and W. Lyncliff Drive in Bristol Township for an equipment violation. Nancy Hernandez, a 43-year-old female from the 300 block of Hankes Avenue in Aurora, was cited for driving while license suspended and released with a notice to appear.

2024-2129, Domestic Battery: On 07/09/24 at 8:33 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Dolores Street in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2130, Domestic Battery/Criminal Trespass to Residence: On 07/09/24 at 9:08 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Rocky Way in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery and criminal trespass to residence.  The investigation is ongoing. 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
