2024-3231, Criminal Damage to Property: On 10/14/24 at 7:50 a.m., Deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Bereman Road, Oswego Township, for the report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3232, Criminal Damage to Property: On 10/14/24 at 7:50 a.m., Deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Bereman Road, Oswego Township, for the report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.

 2024-3233, Battery: On 10/14/24 at 7:50 a.m., Deputies responded to the 0-50 block of Bereman Road, Oswego Township, for the report of a battery that had just occurred.  The investigation is ongoing

2024-3238, Deceptive Practices / Fraud:  On 10/14/24 at 3:32 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Fernwood Rd., Oswego Township for the report of a fraud.  The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3239, Criminal Damage to Property: On 10/14/24 at 4:26 p.m., Deputies responded to the 100 block of Circle Drive East, Oswego Township, for the report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3241, Traffic Crash with Injury and DUI: On 10/14/24 at 10:53 p.m. deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries on Route 126 and Line Road. A 44-year old female from Yorkville was transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Matthew Morgan, a 27-year-old male from the1800 block of Black Hill Ridge Drive in Plainfield, was arrested for driving under the influence. Morgan was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

                                                   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
