2024-3567, Driving while License Suspended: On 11/10/24 at 8:28 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Boulder Hipp Pass near Fieldpoint Road in Oswego Township. After investigation, Kyle Clay, a 22-year-old male from the 1600 block of Benzie Circle in Romeoville, was cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Clay was released with a notice to appear.

2024-3568, Burglary to Motor Vehicle: On 11/10/24 at 9:10 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Paddock Street in Oswego Township for a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3575, Improper Use of Registration: On 11/10/24 at 11:54 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 34 at Cherry Dr., in Oswego, for an equipment violation. Noah C. Flores, a 19-year-old male from the 500 block of Clearwater Ln. in Oswego, was cited for Improper Use of Registration and released with a notice to appear.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
