Statute/Authority: Ordinance Number 12-18 - Article 20

Description: The Kendall County Ethics Commission was created back in May of 2004. The Commission was formed to investigate and conduct hearings regarding ethics complaints against county officials for alleged violations of the Gift Ban Act and other prohibited political activities.

Composition: Five (5) members and a legal advisor

Term: Two (2) years

Additional Information:

1. No more than three (3) members can be of the same political party.
