The Technology Services Department implements, manages, and maintains the technology standards for the county, ensuring alignment with both short- and long-term goals. Our mission is to enable efficient government operations through innovative technology solutions and high-quality support.

The department is responsible for:

  • Strategic technology planning to ensure the effective use of resources and alignment with county objectives.
  • Support for a wide range of information systems and technologies to streamline services across departments and agencies.
  • Consultation and assistance for governmental agencies in maximizing the value of their technology investments.
  • Cybersecurity and compliance to ensure the safety and privacy of data across all county systems.
  • Infrastructure management to guarantee secure and reliable access to the county’s technology resources.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and digital transformation.

Our primary mission is to create a secure, reliable, and innovative technology environment that serves the county’s needs, with the aim of enhancing public service and contributing to effective governance.
