Statute/Authority: 35 ILCS 200/10-120

Description: The Farmland Review Committee deals with the Chief County Assessor to handle farmland valuation procedure and the equalized assessed valuations by productivity index to be used for the next assessment year. Must concur with the procedures/valuations that are presented.

Composition: Five (5) members - Chief County Assessment Officer/Designee, Chairman of County Board/Designee, and three farmers
