Statute/Authority: 305 ILCS 5 - Illinois Public Aid Code - Sec. 11-8

Description: The Public Aid Appeals Committee hears appeals from individuals regarding aid including requests for aid, objection to a termination of aid, or the amount of aid, or a determination to make a protective payment.

Composition: Five (5) members
