Statute/Authority:  Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act

Description: The Workforce Development Board oversees job training and employment services in Kane, Kendall, and DeKalb counties. As well as, assists and advises local elected officials regarding the use of Federal workforce development funds.

Composition: Six (6) members

Term: Two (2) years

Additional Information:

1. This is a joint board between DeKalb, Kane, and Kendall counties. 
2. Each county appoints their own members to represent the county.
