Kendall County Court Services- Pretrial and Probation strives to provide an environment that is conducive to personal growth and helping people achieve the best version of themselves.  The best way to know if we are effective is to hear the stories of the people we serve.

Send us an email  at pretrial-probationstories@kendallcountyil.gov that we can share internally within our department that highlights the positive changes you have made since being involved with our department.  We love to hear stories!

You can remain anonymous, but if you are willing to be interviewed by a member of management regarding your experience, please provide a contact number and email to reach you.  You will receive a $25 gift certificate and your story may end up highlighted on our Success Wall.

Of course, we understand that not everyone will have a great experience and while we love to hear the success stories, we also want to hear how we can improve. Again, your feedback can remain anonymous, but if you are willing to be interviewed by a member of management regarding your experience, you will receive a $25 gift certificate for your constructive input.
