To File For a Joint Simplified Divorce and you Have No Children, You Have to Qualify According to the Packet. The criteria for a Joint Simplified Divorce begins on page two of the packet.
If You Do Not Qualify for The Joint Simplified Divorce and You Do Not have any Children, The Following Forms Are Required to Open a New Divorce Case
In Addition to the Below Forms
You Must Create and Submit a Petition Requesting the Divorce, or
You May Use the Petition Found in the Standardized Statewide Forms
