When court is in session, all courtrooms are open to the public (except for juvenile cases).  If it becomes necessary to deny the public access to the courthouse or to a specific courtroom, and court is in session hearing cases that should be open to the public (e.g. weekend bond/conditions call), the proceeding will be livestreamed on YouTube.  Additionally, judges may elect to broadcast certain proceedings to the public via YouTube in their individual discretion.
