The Planning Building and Zoning Committee typically convenes at 6:30pm on the Monday of the week before 2nd County Board meeting of the month.  The PBZ Committee is a sub-committee of the County Board and is made up of five Board members.  The Committee discusses all applications for Special Uses, Map Amendments, Zoning Text Amendments, Plats, Stormwater Management Variances, and Planned Unit Developments.  The Committee will provide the full Board with a recommendation for action.  The Committee also discusses any other issues brought forward related to Planning, Building and Zoning matters.
